1. Know your Menstrual Cycle: It’s important to have a basic understanding of your menstrual cycle, as this will help you identify when you are most likely to conceive. The menstrual cycle typically lasts around 28 days, although it can vary from woman to woman. Ovulation occurs around day 14 of the menstrual cycle, although this can also vary. If you have irregular periods, it may be more difficult to pinpoint when you are ovulating.

2. Intercourse during ovulation Period: In order to increase your chances to conceive one must have sex during their ovulation period as it is considered as the most fertile period to conceive. Ovulation is the period during which a mature egg is released by the one of the ovaries and it stays in the fallopian tube for 24 hours to 1 day. so if couples have intercourse during this period than they have higher chances of getting pregnant.

3. Maintain Healthy Weight:  Being underweight or overweight can have a negative impact on fertility. If you are underweight, your body may not be producing enough of the hormones necessary for ovulation. If you are overweight, your body may be producing too much of certain hormones, which can interfere with ovulation. Maintaining a healthy weight through a balanced diet and regular exercise can help improve your chances of getting pregnant. Its important to maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing regular exercise and yoga.

4.Quit smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can have a negative impact on fertility, so it’s important to quit smoking and limit your alcohol intake if you are trying to get pregnant. Both smoking and alcohol can decrease the quality of eggs and sperm.
